Stark Legal Education, Inc. provides quality, cost-effective transactional training programs. These programs reflect Tina Stark’s philosophy that the law and the business deal are inextricably intertwined and that one should not be taught in isolation from the other.

The workshops for junior lawyers are designed to accelerate their transition from law school to practice by teaching them skills that they can immediately use. The programs for more senior lawyers focus on honing the lawyers’ existing skills so that they become more sophisticated in their craft. All programs are interactive, giving the participants an immediate, transferable learning experience. The programs include workshops on contract drafting, due diligence, and financial statement concepts.
SLE does not limit the number of the participants in any workshop or base its fees upon the number of participants. Fees are available upon request.
